Deleting the source image of a image overlay of a cover step no longer results in a system error.

Videos within a static image now properly show the controls after exiting full screen.

360 degree hotspot step hotspots should now stay in a static location.

Removed the upload box for closed caption steps for non video files.

Replacing the scoreboard with a 'sim completed' notification is now working for steps that end the sim mid way through a sim.

Fixed the location of the properties box for hotspots.
