Fixed an issue where in the Hotspot Step, Hotspot Text window was obscured by foreground UI elements

Fixed an issue where dragging and dropping media from the media Library would show the incorrect media thumbnail.

Fixed an issue where using the pinch-to-zoom gesture on 360 Hotspot Steps could occasionally register as an incorrect Hotspot selection.

Sim creation - Removed "Add an Interactive Text Box" Option for Image Sequence and Picture Swap Steps

Moved the 360 UI Control to the left a few pixels to avoid overlap with other UI elements
