SimTutor's reporting features give you a wide range of data so that you can track your learners' progress effectively.

The overview tracker gives you an outline of your learners' progress by displaying all your sims, and some important general information such as how many learners it has been shared with, complete/incomplete status, how many have passed or failed, or done the learn mode of that sim.

If you click on one of the rows, you will be taken to the Sim Tracker.

Date Shared

You can add a date range here to filter the users that you have shared your sims with between those dates. Be sure to click "show results" once you have inputted a date range.

Activity Date

Filter users that have attempted or completed a sim within this date range.

Clear Filters

This will remove any date filters from both the Date Shared and Activity Date fields, resulting in all the reporting data for all your users being shown here.

The user tracker allows you to see all your users within your account (this can be filtered by groups and subaccounts too) and see some general information about each user. If you click on a user's row, you will be taken to the Activity Tracker for a more granular view.

Opposed to this, you can filter the users that have attempted or completed a sim within this date range.

This will remove any date filters from both the Date Shared and Activity Date fields, resulting in all the reporting data for all your users to be shown here.

The activity tracker allows you to see each attempt of a user for a specific sim, or all sims (you can select "all sims" from the dropdown menu).

Activity Date

You can filter the users that have attempted or completed a sim within this date range. Be sure to click "show results" once you have inputted a date range.

Clear Filters

This will remove any date filters from the Activity Date field, resulting in all the reporting data for all your users being displayed here.

The Sim tracker allows you to choose a sim in the top drop down box, and see all the user data for that specific sim (this can be filtered by groups and subaccounts too). All the specific sim activity is grouped into one row, so if the user has done multiple attempts, you can find the result of each of those attempts by clicking on that row of the user, which will take you to the Activity Tracker.
